Job Description:

  • Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business. Developing sales strategies in international market.
  • Working with higher management to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
  • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new individual clients and businesses
  • Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole
  • Developing and executing strategies for generating business for the company (Both B2B and B2C)
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
  • Meeting the sales target every month.
  • Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Training team players in Business Development team. Developing KPI’s for them and managing their performance.

What our Ideal Candidate must have:

  • 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in Digital Marketing Agency.
  • 5 years of experience in developing and implementing Business development strategies
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
  • English fluency is must, both written and verbal.
