Boosting conversions and AOV for FriendlyPatch
FriendlyPatch, a brand committed to offering natural, effective, and convenient patch solutions for various wellness needs, is dedicated to providing a healthier lifestyle through their innovative products. From patches for energy and focus to sleep and relaxation, FriendlyPatch offers a wide range of products that cater to diverse customer needs. Their project goal was to create a more engaging shopping experience that would increase conversion rates and average order value (AOV), ultimately driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.
Challenges
While FriendlyPatch had a growing customer base, they faced several challenges that required targeted solutions:
• Low Conversion Rates: Although their Shopify store attracted a significant amount of traffic, many visitors were not converting into customers.
• Limited AOV: The existing website lacked effective upselling and cross-selling strategies, which limited the average order value.
• Improve Engagements & Retention: FriendlyPatch wanted to enhance customer engagement and foster repeat purchases.
Our approach
To address these challenges and help FriendlyPatch achieve their business goals, Adziv implemented a tailored strategy focused on three key areas:
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
We redesigned product pages to feature clear, compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and persuasive calls-to-action (CTAs). The checkout process was simplified to minimize friction and reduce cart abandonment rates. We leveraged data-driven algorithms to provide personalized product recommendations, encouraging customers to add complementary products to their carts, thereby increasing AOV.
- UI/UX Design Enhancement
We refreshed the site’s design to align with FriendlyPatch’s brand identity, using a clean, modern aesthetic with soothing colors and engaging visuals that reflect the natural, health-focused ethos of the brand. The site’s structure was optimized to ensure a smooth navigation experience. We introduced clear, intuitive menus and categories that allowed customers to easily find the products they were looking for and explore new options.
- Strategic Apps Integrations
We implemented Klaviyo to manage targeted email marketing campaigns and Quoli to enable customers to leave and view product reviews directly on the site. To improve the post-purchase experience, we integrated AfterShip, allowing customers to easily track their orders and receive updates on delivery status.
