Driving growth for raw naturals with CRO
A brand passionate about offering natural, eco-friendly products, has built a loyal following by focusing on transparency, sustainability, and high-quality ingredients. Based on their commitment to natural living, raw&co provides a range of personal care products that are free from harmful chemicals, additives, and artificial ingredients. Their mission is to empower consumers to make healthier choices for themselves and the planet by providing products that are as close to nature as possible.
Challenges
Despite their strong product offering and a dedicated customer base, they faced several key challenges:
• Low Conversion Rates (CVR): Customers were visiting the site but not completing purchases, indicating a need for a more persuasive UX.
• Limited Average Order Value: The AOV was not reaching its full potential due to a lack of effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
• Need for Enhanced Customer Engagement: They wanted to leverage feedbacks and foster repeat purchases through subscriptions and reviews.
Our approach
To address above challenges, Adziv team implemented a strategic plan focusing on three core areas:
- CRO Strategies
Based on our findings, we implemented targeted CRO strategies, which included simplifying the checkout process to reduce friction, optimizing product pages with high-quality visuals and compelling descriptions, and strategically placing calls-to-action (CTAs) to guide users towards completing their purchases.
- Custom Theme Development
Recognizing the importance of a visually appealing and user-friendly design, we developed a custom Shopify theme tailored specifically to raw&co’s brand identity and market needs. This bespoke theme featured an intuitive layout with easy navigation, a modern aesthetic that aligns with the natural essence of the brand, and interactive elements designed to engage customers.
- Integration of Reviews and Subscriptions Apps
The reviews app allowed customers to share their experiences and provided valuable feedback that was prominently displayed on product pages, enhancing credibility and trust. The subscriptions app enabled customers to easily sign up for recurring product deliveries, boosting convenience and fostering customer loyalty.

Uplift in AOV
By encouraging customers to add more items to their cart through strategic placement of cross-sell opportunities and product bundles, the AOV increased by 20%.
Increase in CVRs
The combination of a streamlined checkout process, a custom-designed Shopify theme, and optimized product pages led to a substantial boost in conversion rates.
New subscriptions
The ease of setting up recurring orders (via Seal app) for their favorite products provided convenience for customers and a steady revenue stream for the business.
